A note about vintage

Patina & Light objects have lived before. Small marks, softened edges, surface variation, patina and signs of handling are part of that history. We photograph and describe condition carefully, but we do not expect an old object to look new — nor would we want it to.

Please review all photographs and condition notes before purchasing. Questions, additional photographs and measurements are always welcome.

We believe age should be understood, not erased.

Condition, in full

Substantial surface wear, including scratches, scattered image losses, darkened finish, and pronounced lines and losses along tabletop joints. The photographs show it both open and folded; stability and locking action require a hands-on check. No furniture maker’s label or estate-sale price tag is visible in this batch. KEEPER’S JOURNAL: A bouquet that becomes a tabletop, then turns upright to take its place among the pictures. The amber surface gathers the flowers into autumnal shades, while the slender legs give the square top an unexpected lightness. Its wear is plainly visible, particularly where the printed surface crosses the wooden joints. For a room furnished with old books, warm wood, and collected objects, it offers both useful furniture and a quietly decorative presence. SUGGESTED RETAIL: $150–$225 in its pictured condition; suggested opening price $195, assuming the folding mechanism is secure. Comparable floral folding tables are advertised around $200–$295. Those are asking prices, not verified sale results; this example’s significant surface wear informs my lower range. eBay Stores EDITORIAL PHOTOGRAPHY SUGGESTION: Photograph it upright against a muted wall to show the entire bouquet, then open beside a chair with one small book placed near the edge.
